Head of Bight Wale Watching

The Head of Bight Whale Watching Tour is a 3-day guided tour of one of Australia's most spectacular whale watching sites. With the backdrop of the spectacular Bunda Cliffs, pristine beaches and accessible viewing platforms, the Head of Bight offers a unique opportunity to view up to 120 Southern Right Whales as they frolic in the waters of the Great Australian Bight Marine Park. You will take a short flight from Adelaide to Ceduna where the tour will begin.

On the first day you will explore Denial Bay learning about the oyster industry and sampling fresh produce before embarking on some four-wheel driving in the afternoon.

On the Second day you will spend the morning taking in the beauty of the Head of the Bight and Bunda Cliffs and then visiting the Head of Bight wale centre to learn about the incredible creatures.

On the third day you will board the two-hour Whale and Wildlife Oceanic Cruise from Fowlers Bay to witness the Southern Right Wales before heading back for a stop at Penong, and then a tour of "Watermelon Ave" to the world-famous surf break Cactus Beach. You will enjoy some more seafood before heading back to Ceduna to catch the flight back to Adelaide.
